About Miriam
Pastor Miriam Fleming has dedicated her life to ministry, serving as the Senior Pastor of Church Alive for over two decades. What began as a small home group in October 2004 has blossomed into a vibrant and thriving congregation in New Jersey, under her and her husband’s leadership.
Married for over 20 years, Miriam and her husband, Anthony are the proud parents of three children. Together, they co-pastor Church Alive, sharing the word of God through one-on-one discipleship and dynamic church-wide services.
In addition to her pastoral role, Miriam founded Resilient Woman in 2019 with a heart to build strong, faith-filled women. This January, she launched She Leads Strong, a mentorship cohort designed to equip women in ministry with the support, wisdom, and structure needed to lead with confidence and resilience.
While Resilient Woman creates space for all women in every stage of life to grow in faith and strength, She Leads Strong provides a more intentional and intimate setting for mentorship and leadership development.
