Some of the best things in life start with a simple yes—a step of faith, a dream unfolding, a calling embraced.

 

I’ve been passionate about serving in ministry since the age of 15, and for the past 26 years, I’ve had the privilege of leading, discipling, and investing in others. For 20 of those years, I’ve pastored, walking alongside people in their faith journeys while also raising my family and leading our growing staff. As our ministry expanded, more and more women in leadership began reaching out, looking for encouragement, wisdom, and a place to process the unique challenges of ministry life. I saw so much of myself in them—the longing for a mentor, a guide, someone to walk alongside them.

 

Then, in 2024, I felt a clear nudge from God: It’s your turn. It’s time to pour back into other women and their ministries.

 

That’s how She Leads Strong was born. In January 2025, I took a leap of faith and created a space where women in leadership could grow, be strengthened, and step confidently into their God-given callings.

 

My heart is to help unlock new levels in women’s leadership—to encourage women to lead with wisdom and discernment, to steward their influence well, and to develop the kind of leadership that truly impacts and inspires others. My hope is to walk alongside women as they grow, strengthen their leadership, and step boldly into the calling God has placed on their lives.
